rolser的redhat服务器更改http端口问题
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf 修改80端口为8081后，重新启动httpd服务，发现这个问题。

setenforce 0这个命令输入后，再service httpd restart 重启http服务就可以了

/etc/sysconfig/selinux disable 掉防火墙没用就关掉，或者加条89端口的acl
